摘要: 【目的】 研究聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二酯(Poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate),PBAT)生物降解膜对土壤酶活性的影响,为PBAT生物降解膜替代PE地膜提供理论参考。【方法】 以铺覆传统PE膜为对照,通过脲酶、淀粉酶、β-葡萄糖苷酶、芳基硫酸酯酶活性测定解析铺覆PBAT生物降解膜对土壤代谢活性的影响。【结果】 同种作物铺覆PBAT生物降解膜与PE膜之间,脲酶、淀粉酶、β-葡萄糖苷酶、芳基硫酸酯酶活性无显著差异(P>0.05),而且不同作物(除棉花外)之间土壤酶活也无显著差异(P>0.05),部分土壤酶活性与速效钾、速效磷呈显著相关性(P<0.05)。【结论】 PE膜和PBAT生物降解膜对土壤酶活性的影响无显著差异。

Abstract: 【Objective】 To study the effect of poly (butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) biodegradable mulch film on soil enzyme activity.【Method】 Using PE film as control, the effects of PBAT biodegradable mulch film on soil metabolic activity were analyzed by urease, amylase, β-glucosidase, and arylsulfatase activities measurements.【Result】 There were no significant differences in urease, amylase, β-glucosidase, and arylsulfatase activities between the same crop covered with PBAT biodegradable film and PE film (P> 0.05). Moreover, there were no significant differences in soil enzyme activity between different crops (except cotton) (P>0.05), and some soil enzyme activities were significantly correlated with available potassium and available phosphorus(P <0.05).【Conclusion】 There are no significant differences in the effects of PE film and PBAT biodegradable film on soil enzyme activity, which provides a theoretical reference for PBAT biodegradable film substituting PE film.
