摘要:
【目的】研究也迷离鸡的生长发育规律及体重、体尺指标间的相关性,为也迷离鸡的科学饲养管理提供理论依据。【方法】选取0日龄、同批次,且健康状况良好的也迷离鸡200只(公、母各半),测定并记录其0~20周龄的体重、体尺数据,通过Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy模型对也迷离鸡公、母鸡的体重进行生长曲线拟合分析后,基于拐点周龄结果进行体重、体尺的相关性分析。【结果】2周龄以后公鸡体重极显著大于母鸡(P<0.01),公鸡和母鸡分别在8周龄和6周龄达到生长高峰期;Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy生长模型均能很好的拟合也迷离鸡的生长曲线,拟合度均在0.995以上,其中Gompertz模型为也迷离鸡体重生长发育过程的最佳模型。在体尺指标方面,2~20周龄,公鸡的体斜长、龙骨长、胫围、胫长、胸深和背宽均极显著高于母鸡(P<0.01);4~6周龄公鸡的胸围显著高于母鸡(P<0.05),8~20周龄公鸡的胸围极显著高于母鸡(P<0.01);在6~20周龄公鸡的胸宽极显著高于母鸡(P<0.01)。8周龄公鸡的体重与体斜长、胸深、胸宽、背宽之间均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与龙骨长、胸围和胫长之间呈显著正相关(P<0.05);母鸡的体重与龙骨长、胸宽之间均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与体斜长、胸围、胫长、胸深和背宽之间具有显著正相关(P<0.05)。【结论】也迷离鸡的生长曲线呈近“S”型,体重生长规律的最佳拟合模型是Gompertz模型,体斜长、胸深、胸宽和背宽可作为公鸡早期体重选择指标,龙骨长和胸宽可作为母鸡早期体重选择指标。
