摘要:
【目的】筛选出适宜的黄瓜砧木嫁接组合及基质配比。【方法】以富阳F1-35、夏盛F1、巨丰八号黄瓜为接穗,寒越、金尊、日本金秀台木南瓜为砧木,自嫁接黄瓜为对照,粗沙和甘草渣为无土栽培基质原料。测定株高、茎粗和叶面积等生理指标,地上地下部干鲜重等同化物指标,硬度、粘附性和内聚性等品质指标。采用相关性和主成分分析方法,结合权重研究不同的基质配比及砧穗组合对黄瓜生长发育及品质的影响。【结果】共提取7个主成分,通过主成分的特征值加权计算20个性状主成分因子的综合得分,其中C41处理的综合得分最高,为3.412,C2处理的综合得分最低,为1.592。【结论】C41处理的基质配比(粗沙50%,甘草渣50%)及砧穗组合(接穗夏盛F1,砧木金尊)有效促进黄瓜的生长发育并提高果实品质。
