Abstract:

【Objective】 Exploration of the status and path of the revitalization of rural industries in Xinjiang's agricultural science and technology innovation, in order to provide practical guidance for the revitalization of rural industries.【Methods】 Using literature analysis and statistical methods, based on the empirical evidence of the development of rural industry development inXinjiang, collect and summarize relevant cases,summarize the current status of scientific and technological innovation to support the development of rural industries,and explore its effectiveness from the actual needs of science and technology from rural industries.Development path.【Results】 Explore the guarantee of the construction of diversified scientific and technological funds, increase the promotion of new varieties,new technologies,and integrated demonstrations.Demonstration platforms and other effective paths.【Conclusion】 From the high degree of strategic scientific grasping the overall direction of the development of science and technology in the development of the rural revitalization industry;focus on the dominant leading industries in various places, promote the transformation and upgrading of science and technology to enable the entire industry chain;strengthen the cooperation and innovation of industry,university,research,and establish a long-term operation of universities and scientific research institutes.Mechanism;strengthen talent training,improve incentive policies;strengthen project overall planning,and improve management level.

摘要：

【目的】探析新疆农业科技创新支撑乡村产业振兴的现状及路径。【方法】运用文献分析和统计学方法,基于新疆乡村产业发展科技行动实证,收集和汇总相关案例,总结科技创新支撑乡村产业振兴发展现状,并从乡村产业振兴对科技的实际需求出发探索其有效发展路径。【结果】探索出构建多元化科技经费投入保障,加大新品种、新技术引进与集成化示范推广,延链补链强链,多层次、多领域开展产学研合作创新,创建一批成果转化示范平台等有效路径。【结论】从战略高度科学把握乡村振兴产业发展科技行动整体方向;聚焦各地优势主导产业,推动科技赋能全产业链转型升级;加强产学研合作创新,建立高校、科研院所服务基层长效运行机制;强化人才培养,完善激励政策;强化项目统筹,提升管理水平。
