【目的】综合评价樱桃番茄高代自交系,筛选优质、多抗的亲本材料,为樱桃番茄育种提供种质资源。【方法】以42份樱桃番茄品种高代自交系为材料,采用因子分析法分析和评价12个性状(果实横径、果实纵径、果肉厚、单果重、可溶性固形物、总酸、固酸比、可溶性糖、果糖、蔗糖、苹果酸和VC含量),并采用PARMS方法检测其抗性基因。【结果】综合排名前三名依次是599号、596号和601号,三个番茄材料果实果形均好,可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、果糖、VC含量较高,抗性相对较差,可作为优质樱桃番茄亲本资源。580号综合排名第4,品质较好,且含有5个抗性基因,可作为优质多抗樱桃番茄亲本资源。531号品质综合排名为24,但其抗性基因较多,含有6个纯抗基因,可利用其较好的抗性进行抗病樱桃番茄的育种。【结论】筛选出优质樱桃番茄3份,优质抗病樱桃番茄材料1份,抗病樱桃番茄1份,可作为培育不同类型的樱桃番茄亲本资源。
