【目的】研究甜瓜损伤接种链格孢菌后,伽师瓜和86-1甜瓜黑斑病发病期间,甜瓜组织内ROS、活性氧代谢酶活性的变化趋势,分析病情与ROS的变化规律以及活性氧代谢酶活性的变化特性。【方法】以伽师瓜和86-1甜瓜果实为材料,研究采后甜瓜损伤接种链格孢菌后,甜瓜果实中不同组织发病情况,分析甜瓜果实活性氧(ROS)产生和清除的变化趋势。【结果】甜瓜果实被链格孢菌侵染后,果实中活性氧H2O2和超氧阴离子含量迅速增加,提高SOD和CAT活性,减少了MDA的产生。侵染早期SOD和CAT活性含量上升缓慢、侵染中期迅速上升、侵染后期快速下降。整个贮藏期内,伽师瓜的SOD、CAT酶活性均比86-1甜瓜强,2种甜瓜果皮中SOD和CAT酶活性均比果肉中高,2种甜瓜接种组的SOD和CAT活性均比对照组高。【结论】甜瓜损伤接种链格孢菌后,在贮藏期间活性氧代谢水平与甜瓜抵御链格孢菌的能力关系密切。伽师瓜对链格孢菌抗性比86-1甜瓜强,尤其在贮藏中后期表现明显,伽师瓜抗病性强于86-1甜瓜,果皮抗病性强于果肉。
