高温处理对肉苁蓉寄主梭梭种子萌发相关性研究

摘要: 【目的】研究萌发前高温处理对梭梭种子萌发的影响,分析高温对荒漠植物肉苁蓉寄主梭梭种子萌发的作用。【方法】以新疆荒漠植物肉苁蓉寄主梭梭种子为材料,萌发前以5个高温(46、49、52、55和58℃)和6个时间(6、9、12、15、18和21 min)处理。【结果】不同温度和时间处理对梭梭种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数均有显著影响,且两者交互作用达到显著性影响,随着处理温度和时间的增加种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数均先增加后降低,高温处理对种子萌发有一定的抑制。【结论】(1)温度为52℃,时间为9 min时,梭梭种子发芽率最高,达(55.00±0.30)%,温度为58℃,时间为9 min时发芽率为0.00%;(2)4℃储存6个月后的梭梭种子没有明显的热冲击效应;(3)梭梭种群的退化与梭梭种子的萌发率没有直接联系。

Abstract: 【Objective】 To investigate the effects of high temperature treatment before germination on the seed germination of Haloxylon ammodendron, and discuss the effects of high temperature on the germination of H. ammodendron seedlings.【Method】 The main materials of H. ammodendron, a desert plant of Xinjiang were used as experimental materials. Before germination, they were treated with 5 high temperatures (46, 49, 52, 55 and 58℃) and 6 times (6, 9, 12, 15, 18 and 21 min). 【Result】 Different high temperature and time treatments had significant effects on the germination rate, germination potential, germination index, and vigor index of H. ammodendron, and the interactions between them had significant effects. The seed germination rate increased with the treatment temperature and time. The germination power, germination index and vigor index all increased first and then decreased. High temperature treatment had some inhibition on seed germination. 【Conclusion】 (1) When the temperature is 52℃ and the time is 9 min, the germination rate of H. ammodendron seeds is the highest (55.00±0.30)%, the temperature is 58℃, the germination rate is 0.00% when the time is 9min; (2) Storage at 4℃ There was no obvious thermal shock effect on H. ammodendron seeds after 6 months. (3) There was no direct relationship between the degradation of H. ammodendron and the germination rate of H. ammodendron seeds.
