二次抛送式秸秆粉碎还田及残膜回收联合作业机的研制

Abstract:

【Objective】 Aiming at the problem of difficult separation of membrane stalks in the mechanical residual film recycling combine, it can provide technical reference for the development of membrane miscellaneous separation residual film recycling combine.【Methods】 Through theoretical analysis and calculation, the design and analysis were focused on the core components such as the loosening and lifting device, the secondary throwing device and the debris removal device.【Results】 It is determined that the loosening device is in the form of"comb", the rotating speed of the rotating shaft is 2,750r/min, and the angle between the de-dusting device and the outer circumference of the film picking drum is 40°~50°. 【Conclusion】 A kind of second-feeding straw crushing and residual film recycling combined operation machine was designed.

摘要:

【目的】针对机械残膜回收联合作业机中存在的膜秆难以分离的问题,可为膜杂分离式残膜回收联合作业机的研制提供技术参考。【方法】通过理论分析及计算,重点对松土起膜装置、二次抛送装置和去杂装置等核心部件进行了设计与分析。【结果】确定松土起膜装置呈“梳子状”,旋转轴的转速为2 750 r/min,去杂装置与挑膜滚筒外圆切面夹角为40°~50°。【结论】设计了一种二次抛送式秸秆粉碎还田及残膜回收联合作业机。
