Abstract:

【Objective】 Analysis of the current situation and deveolpment trend of mechanized recycling and resource utilization of waste platic film in Xinjiang cotton fields.【Methods】 Select representative typical processing plants for on-site research and literature review data.【Results】 Most cotton fields ose conventional or high-strength plastic film with a thickness of ≥0.01mm.The average recycling rate residual film in each county and city is 60%-80%.【Conclusion】 Typical recycling and residual film processing tech nologies in northern Xinjiang in clude;wet granulation technology,Multi stage residual film treatment technology,Hot melt processing technology for waste plastic film,typical recycling and residual film processing technologies in southern Xinjiang in clude,wind selective residual film cleaning and reuse technology et al,There is also regional residual film processing technology.

摘要:

【目的】分析新疆棉田废旧地膜机械化回收及资源化利用现状及发展趋势。【方法】选取新疆具有代表性的典型加工厂,实地跟踪调查,并根据现状分析存在的问题,探寻解决办法。【结果】棉田地膜大多采用厚度≥0.01 mm的常规地膜或高强度地膜,各县(市)的残膜回收力度平均60%~80%。北疆、南疆残膜再利用企业基本以造粒为主,颗粒价格在4 000 元/t左右。【结论】北疆典型回收残膜加工技术现状:湿式造粒技术、多级残膜处理技术、废旧地膜热熔加工技术;南疆典型回收残膜加工技术现状:风选式残膜清理及再利用技术,以人工为主导的废旧地膜清理模式,区域性残膜加工技术。
