【目的】筛选出保持蟠桃运输后常温货架期最佳品质的包装方式,研究蟠桃在物流运输后不同包装对蟠桃货架期硬度、可溶性固形物(SSC)、腐烂率、相对电导率、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)、VC含量的影响。【方法】以英格尔蟠桃为试材,采用不同保鲜处理(无包装,无包装+保鲜袋(0.02mm),自制缓冲垫,自制缓冲垫+保鲜袋(0.02mm),发泡网,发泡网+保鲜袋(0.02mm)),共6个处理,物流运输后蟠桃常温货架期连续测定4 d的理化指标。【结果】相较于其他处理,自制缓冲垫+保鲜袋处理保鲜效果最佳,自制缓冲垫次之,均可有效维持蟠桃较高的SSC、硬度、POD、VC的含量,有效抑制果实腐烂率、相对电导率、PPO的上升。【结论】保鲜袋处理效果优于无保鲜袋处理,自制缓冲垫、发泡网处理保鲜效果优于无包装处理;自制缓冲垫、自制缓冲垫+保鲜袋处理可保持较好的物流运输后果实货架期品质,降低运输途中由于机械碰撞造成的果实货架期品质下降的问题,实现蟠桃远距离运输。
