【目的】 研究外源水杨酸(SA)对单盐胁迫(NaCl)下哈密瓜叶片解剖结构的影响。【方法】 以哈密瓜新品种纳斯密为材料,采用种子发芽试验,筛选NaCl和SA最适浓度。运用石蜡切片技术,观察2个处理下哈密瓜幼苗叶片横切面,分析叶片厚度、上下表皮厚度及栅栏组织、海绵组织的变化,计算栅海比、叶片组织结构疏松度(SR)以及叶片组织结构紧密度(CTR),分析相关性。【结果】 NaCl胁迫下,哈密瓜叶片厚度、上下表皮厚度均出现了不断增加的趋势,栅栏组织排列疏松,叶肉间隙越来越大。而叶面喷施SA通过提高叶片上下表皮厚度、叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、栅海比,减小海绵组织厚度、SR,来缓解NaCl胁迫。2个处理下,栅栏组织厚度和CTR成极显著正相关,海绵组织厚度和SR成极显著正相关(P<0.01)。【结论】 100 mmol/LNaCl作为胁迫的浓度,0.25 mmol/LSA作为缓解浓度。SA处理可通过调节叶表皮和叶肉解剖结构的相关指标来缓解NaCl胁迫。
