【目的】研究不同盐胁迫对桂桑优12种子萌发的影响,分析其对不同盐胁迫的耐受性,为新疆桑树引种和推广提供理论依据。【方法】以桑树品种桂桑优12种子为试材,采用0.025~0.25 mol/L的碱性混合盐(NaCl+Na2CO3)、中性单盐(NaCl)和中性混合盐(NaCl+Na2SO4)胁迫处理种子,测定发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、脯氨酸和丙二醛含量,用隶属函数法综合评价其耐盐性。【结果】随着3种盐溶液浓度的增加,桂桑优12种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数均呈下降的趋势,而其游离脯氨酸、丙二醛含量均呈上升的趋势;桂桑优12种子发芽率与盐浓度间的回归关系显著。在碱性混合盐、中性单盐和中性混合盐3种盐胁迫下,桂桑优12种子萌发的适宜浓度分别为0.043 1、0.040 8和0.036 4 mol/L,耐盐极限浓度分别为0.252 4 、0.295 9和0.290 5 mol/L;桂桑优12种子萌发对3种盐胁迫抗性的综合评价值分别为:3.565、3.905和5.027。【结论】3种盐溶液对桂桑优12桑树种子萌发的胁迫,最严重为碱性混合盐,最轻的为中性混合盐。
