摘要:

【目的】研究新疆酿酒葡萄生产机械化现状及发展趋势,为酿酒葡萄机械化生产提供参考。【方法】采用实地调研和文献分析相结合的方法,系统梳理新疆酿酒葡萄生产的机械化现状,并提出相应的发展建议。【结果】新疆酿酒葡萄生产机械化水平整体尚较低,生产效率较低,且成本较高。【结论】新疆酿酒葡萄产区主要分布在南疆焉耆盆地、北疆天山北麓、东疆吐哈盆地及伊犁河谷。加强技术研发和设备更新,优化生产流程,提高机械化水平,推动新疆酿酒葡萄产业的可持续发展。

Abstract:

【Objective】 The current state and development recommendations of mechanized wine grape production in Xinjiang were discussed.With the rapid development of the wine grape industry in Xinjiang, mechanized production is facing technical bottlenecks and shortcomings.【Methods】 A combination of field investigations and literature analysis were adopted to systematically review the current state of mechanized wine grape production in Xinjiang.【Results】 The overall level of mechanization in wine grape production was relatively low, with issues such as low production efficiency and high costs.【Conclusion】 In order to promote the sustainable development of the wine grape industry in Xinjiang, it need to develop the technology research and equipment, optimize the production processes, and improve the level of mechanization.Some important references and guidance were provided to improve the mechanized development of the wine grape industry.
