摘要:

【目的】分析新疆新梅保鲜加工产业关键技术创新布局,为推动新梅保鲜加工产业的高质量发展提供技术支撑。【方法】收集产业调研数据,采用文献分析方法,汇总新疆新梅的保鲜加工技术,评估其在国内外市场的需求和发展潜力,分析当前保鲜加工技术的不足,综述相关领域的关键技术创新。【结果】新疆新梅因其独特的风味和营养价值,在国内外市场上具有巨大的潜力。现有的保鲜加工技术尚存在诸多不足,使得新梅采后保鲜效果不佳、加工产品单一化、产业链条较短,影响新梅产业可持续发展和市场竞争力。研发先进的加工保鲜技术可以丰富新梅产品多元化,提升新梅的保鲜效果,增强市场竞争力。【结论】新疆新梅保鲜加工产业的高质量发展需要依靠科技创新推动产业技术升级,推进产品多元化市场营销。

Abstract:

【Objective】 To provide technical support for promoting the sustainable development of the prune industry in Xinjiang, the high-quality development of the prune preservation and processing industry was explored, and the innovative layout of related key technologies was analyzed.【Methods】 The preservation and processing technologies of prunes are systematically introduced and their demand and development potential in domestic and international markets are assessed through industrial research and literature policy analysis.In addition, deficiencies in current freshness processing technologies were analyzed and key technological innovations in related fields were investigated.【Results】 Xinjiang's prunes have great potential in domestic and international markets due to their unique flavor and nutritional value.However, there are many deficiencies in the existing preservation and processing technologies, resulting in poor post-harvest preservation of prunes, homogenization of processed products, short industrial chain and other problems, seriously affecting the sustainable development of the prune industry and economic benefits and market competitiveness.The research and development of advanced processing and preservation technology can enrich the diversification of prune products, improve the preservation effect of prunes and enhance the competitiveness of the market.【Conclusion】 The high-quality development of Xinjiang prune preservation and processing industry needs to rely on scientific and technological innovation to promote industrial technology upgrading, and promote product diversification and marketing.
