摘要: 【目的】了解干旱区不同土地利用类型下土壤螨类群落多样性特征,对土壤螨类群落结构进行比较研究。【方法】采用野外采样和改良的Tullgren法,对鄯善县7种不同土地利用类型土壤螨类进行分类鉴定及比较分析。【结果】共捕获土壤螨类26 637只,隶属于4亚目69科98属,其中甲螨亚目21 209只,49属,38科;中气门亚目3 702只,22属,16科;前气门亚目1 209只,22属,13科;无气门亚目517只,5属,2科。在不同土地利用类型下土壤螨类个体数、类群数和多样性之间均有显著差异(P<0.05),其中防护林多样性最高,而耕地最低。【结论】不同土地利用差异对土壤螨类群落多样性影响明显,其中地表凋落物和人为活动干扰是影响干旱区螨类群落多样性的主要因素。
