新疆药食同源植物食用加工产业发展现状及对策分析

摘要:

【目的】 分析新疆药食同源植物食用加工产业发展现状及对策,为促进新疆药食同源植物资源的综合利用和产业升级提供理论参考。【方法】 采用SWOT分析法,系统评估该产业发展的优势、劣势、机会与威胁。【结果】 新疆药食同源植物食用加工产业在自然环境和气候条件、区位与市场以及药食同源理念群众基础三方面具有优势,在产品科技创新、物流运输成本及品牌效应存在不足。【结论】 新疆药食同源植物食用加工产业虽取得一定发展,但仍面临诸多挑战,需持续加强和完善技术研发创新与人才培养引进、品牌建设与市场拓展以及标准化与质量控制体系建设等方面。

Abstract:

【Objective】 The objective of this study is to analyze the development and countermeasures of the edible processing industry of homology of medicine and food plants in Xinjiang, aiming to provide a theoretical reference for promoting the comprehensive utilization and industrial upgrading of homology of medicine and food plants resources in Xinjiang. 【Methods】 SWOT analysis was used to systematically evaluate the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of the industry. 【Results】 The results showed that the edible processing industry of homology of medicine and food plants in Xinjiang had advantages in three aspects: natural environment and climatic conditions, location and market, and the mass base of the concept of homology of medicine and food plants, but there were deficiencies in product technology innovation, logistics and transportation costs, and brand effect. 【Conclusion】 In recent years, although the edible processing industry of homology of medicine and food plants in Xinjiang has achieved certain development, it still faces many challenges, and it is necessary to continue to strengthen and improve the aspects of technology R&D innovation, talent training and introduction, brand building and market expansion, and standardization and quality control system construction.
