摘要/Abstract

摘要：

【目的】 分析产业发展现状,找出存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。【方法】 采取文献查阅、实地考察、交流座谈等的方式,调研新疆胡萝卜产业现状、存在问题。【结果】 近年来,随着市场需求的不断增长和农业技术的逐步进步,新疆胡萝卜产业取得了显著发展。然而,在产业发展过程中,仍面临着诸多挑战,如生产技术水平有待提高、全程机械化程度较低、从业人员专业素养不足、规模化与标准化种植程度不高等问题。【结论】 胡萝卜作为新疆重要的经济作物之一,在农业产业结构中占据着重要地位。其种植历史悠久,地域分布广泛。

Abstract:

【Objective】 Analyze the current status of industrial development, identify existing problems, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. 【Methods】 Research on the current status and existing problems of Xinjiang's carrot industry was conducted by means of literature review, field investigation, and exchange forums. 【Results】 In recent years, with the continuous growth of market demand and the gradual advancement of agricultural technology, the carrot industry in Xinjiang has achieved remarkable development. However, in the process of industrial development, it still faces many challenges, such as the need to improve the level of production technology, the low degree of full-process mechanization, the insufficient professional quality of employees, and the low level of large-scale and standardized planting.As one of the important cash crops in Xinjiang, carrots occupy a significant position in the agricultural industrial structure. 【Conclusion】 With a long history of cultivation and a wide geographical distribution, they have become one of the key industries for improving agricultural quality and efficiency as well as increasing farmers' income.
