无核白葡萄芽变系的植物学性状特征及RAPD标记研究

Research on Botanical Characteristers and RAPD Marker of Thomson Seedless Bud Variation

  • 摘要: 目的了解芽变植株的植物学特性及遗传背景.方法以普通无核白做对照,对其10个芽变株系的生物学和植物学特性进行观测,并对其幼叶进行RAPD分析.结果芽变株系在植物学特征上存在不同程度的变异,主要体现在果实性状上.结论初步发现1株4倍体芽变.通过RAPD分析,采用470个10碱基随机引物进行RAPD多态性检测,共筛选出能产生多态性标记的RAPD引物3个.

     

    Abstract: Objective and MetnodThe study was carried out to observe the botanical and biological characters of thomson seedless bud variation and analyze young leaves by RAPD,using thomson seedlings as the control.ResultThere were different variations in bud variation of botanical characters.It was found that there was a bud variation with tetraploid in the test.ConclusionThrough RAPD analysis, by using 470 random 10-alkali primers, RAPD polymorphism were detected from 30 samples. The polymorphism information could be provided with 3 random primers.
