Abstract:
【Objective】 To analyze the current situation and limiting factors of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, accurately identify pain points and difficult problems, and provide targeted strategies and empirical references for solving the transformation dilemma and improving the market-oriented efficiency of scientific and technological achievements.
【Methods】 Taking the innovation team, researchers, and agricultural enterprises in Xinjiang Autonomous Region Academy of Agricultural Sciences as the research objects, a combination of questionnaire survey, face-to-face interview, and literature research was adopted, focusing on dimensions such as policy support, incentive mechanism, cognitive level, industry university research cooperation, and fund investment.
【Results】 There is a structural imbalance in the incentive mechanism, with researchers generally investing less time in the transformation of results, having unclear understanding of policies and transformation processes, and nearly half lacking professional training. At the enterprise level, there is a strong willingness to cooperate, but the proportion of researchers establishing stable cooperation with enterprises is low, and the contradiction between goals and benefit distribution is prominent. In addition, funding shortage is also a core constraint factor.
【Conclusion】 Currently, the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements faces multiple bottlenecks such as difficult policy implementation, insufficient incentives, weak subject cognition, poor collaboration between industry, academia, and research, and insufficient funding investment; Efforts need to be made to establish a policy incentive coordination mechanism, enhance awareness of achievement transformation, promote deep integration of industry, academia, and research, and improve diversified funding investment mechanisms to systematically solve the transformation dilemma.
