Abstract:
【Objective】 To propose countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of industry-university-research cooperation by provincial agricultural academies, providing practical support for enhancing regional agricultural collaborative innovation capabilities and serving local industrial development.
【Methods】 Through telephone interviews, on-site discussions, distributing questionnaires, and reviewing literature, the collaborative innovation experiences of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Academy of Agricultural Sciences in recent years with domestic agricultural research institutions, universities, and local governments were summarized and systematically analyzed.
【Results】 The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Academy of Agricultural Sciences has significantly enhanced regional agricultural innovation capabilities and service effectiveness for industries by building a multi-level and wide-ranging technological cooperation network, with a prominent resource aggregation effect. However, there are still prominent issues such as an incomplete cooperation mechanism, unbalanced cooperation distribution, and poor cooperation sustainability.
【Conclusion】 It is necessary to continuously optimize the concept of "broad collaboration and extensive cooperation", enhance the service capabilities of technological cooperation through institutional empowerment, resource integration, and precise layout, and strive to build a sustainable new ecosystem of agricultural science and technology collaboration, providing core driving force for the modernization of Xinjiang's agriculture and the revitalization of rural industries.
