Current status and control strategies for quality and safety of Xinjiang raisins

  • 摘要: 【目的】 调查新疆葡萄干质量安全现状,为新疆葡萄干产业持续健康发展提供参考。 【方法】 选取新疆葡萄干具有代表性的生产基地、加工产、研究所等,实地跟踪调查,并结合官方数据及文献进行分析总结。 【结果】 新疆葡萄干的质量安全状况整体较好,但尚存在农药残留、微生物污染及真菌毒素污染等问题。 【结论】 确保新疆葡萄干的质量安全,必须实施全生产链的综合控制措施,并利用数字化工具加强葡萄干质量安全可追溯性。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective】 This study investigates the current status of quality and safety in Xinjiang raisins, aiming to provide insights for the sustainable and healthy development of the region’s raisin industry. 【Methods】 Representative production bases, processing facilities, and research institutes in Xinjiang were selected for in-depth field investigations.These were complemented by official regulatory data and a review of relevant domestic and international literature. 【Results】 Overall, the quality and safety of Xinjiang raisins are satisfactory.However, challenges such as pesticide residues, microbial contamination, and mycotoxin presence persist in certain segments of the production and supply chain. 【Conclusion】 To ensure the quality and safety of Xinjiang raisins, comprehensive control measures across the entire production chain are essential.It is recommended to adopt digital tools to enhance traceability systems.
