Abstract:
【Objective】 This study investigates the current status of quality and safety in Xinjiang raisins, aiming to provide insights for the sustainable and healthy development of the region’s raisin industry.
【Methods】 Representative production bases, processing facilities, and research institutes in Xinjiang were selected for in-depth field investigations. These were complemented by official regulatory data and a review of relevant domestic and international literature.
【Results】 Overall, the quality and safety of Xinjiang raisins are satisfactory. However, challenges such as pesticide residues, microbial contamination, and mycotoxin presence persist in certain segments of the production and supply chain.
【Conclusion】 To ensure the quality and safety of Xinjiang raisins, comprehensive control measures across the entire production chain are essential. It is recommended to adopt digital tools to enhance traceability systems.
