Abstract:
【Objective】 The objective of this study is to analyze the development and countermeasures of the edible processing industry of homology of medicine and food plants in Xinjiang, aiming to provide a theoretical reference for promoting the comprehensive utilization and industrial upgrading of homology of medicine and food plants resources in Xinjiang.
【Methods】 SWOT analysis was used to systematically evaluate the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of the industry.
【Results】 The results showed that the edible processing industry of homology of medicine and food plants in Xinjiang had advantages in three aspects: natural environment and climatic conditions, location and market, and the mass base of the concept of homology of medicine and food plants, but there were deficiencies in product technology innovation, logistics and transportation costs, and brand effect.
【Conclusion】 In recent years, although the edible processing industry of homology of medicine and food plants in Xinjiang has achieved certain development, it still faces many challenges, and it is necessary to continue to strengthen and improve the aspects of technology R&D innovation, talent training and introduction, brand building and market expansion, and standardization and quality control system construction.
