Abstract: 【Objective】 Analyze the current status of industrial development, identify existing problems, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. 【Methods】 Research on the current status and existing problems of Xinjiang's carrot industry was conducted by means of literature review, field investigation, and exchange forums. 【Results】 In recent years, with the continuous growth of market demand and the gradual advancement of agricultural technology, the carrot industry in Xinjiang has achieved remarkable development. However, in the process of industrial development, it still faces many challenges, such as the need to improve the level of production technology, the low degree of full-process mechanization, the insufficient professional quality of employees, and the low level of large-scale and standardized planting.As one of the important cash crops in Xinjiang, carrots occupy a significant position in the agricultural industrial structure. 【Conclusion】 With a long history of cultivation and a wide geographical distribution, they have become one of the key industries for improving agricultural quality and efficiency as well as increasing farmers' income.
