  • 摘要: 【目的】 分析新疆乌鲁木齐市菜豆种植现状与市场格局,结合国内菜豆特色种植区,剖析制约乌鲁木齐市菜豆产业发展的关键问题。 【方法】 采取市场走访,农户调研,互联网调查等收集数据,系统分析问题,探索解决办法。 【结果】 乌鲁木齐市菜豆种植规模相对较小,但设施化和效益显著,主栽品种单一;市场分析指出流通品类少,价格季节性波动大,消费升级催生有机、净菜小包装需求;核心问题在于品种匮乏专用耐热种、技术短板及产业链薄弱。引进抗逆种质并建立地方基因库以丰富品种;集成遮阳降温和生物防治增强抗逆性;发展“合作社直供”模式及打造地理标志品牌促进产业融合。 【结论】 通过系统实施品种创新、技术升级和产业链整合策略,可有效破解菜豆产业“优质不优价”困境,显著提升其经济价值。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective】 This report aims to analyze the current situation and market pattern of kidney bean cultivation in Urumqi city, and combine with the characteristic planting areas of kidney beans in China to analyze the key issues that restrict the industrial development of Urumqi city. 【Methods】 Systematic analysis of problems and exploration of solutions were carried out by means of market visits, farmer survey and Internet survey. 【Results】 The basic situation shows that the planting scale in Urumqi is relatively small, but the facilities and benefits are significant, and the main planting varieties are single; Market analysis points out that there are few circulating categories, and prices fluctuate seasonally.Consumer upgrading has led to a demand for organic and clean vegetable small packaging; The core problem lies in the scarcity of specialized heat-resistant varieties, technological shortcomings, and weak industrial chains.To this end, solutions are proposed: introducing stress resistant germplasm and establishing local gene banks to enrich varieties; Integrating sun shading, cooling, and biological control to enhance stress resistance; Developing the "cooperative direct supply" model and creating geographical indication brands to promote industrial integration. 【Conclusion】 By implementing variety innovation, technological upgrading, and industrial chain integration strategies through the system, the dilemma of "high quality but low price" in the bean industry can be effectively solved, significantly enhancing its economic value.
