Abstract:
【Objective】 This study aims to analyze the current development status of the apricot preservation and processing industry in Xinjiang, providing technical support for promoting its high-quality development.
【Methods】 Industry survey data were collected, and literature analysis methods were employed to summarize apricot preservation and processing technologies in Xinjiang, identify shortcomings in current techniques, and assess market demand and development potential both domestically and internationally.
【Results】 Xinjiang boasts abundant apricot resources with significant domestic and international market potential. However, there are still some problems during apricot preservation and processing, including suboptimal postharvest preservation, limited product diversity, and a short industrial chain, which can hinder industrial growth.
【Conclusion】 In the future, to achieve high-quality development of apricot preservation and processing industry in Xinjiang area, technological innovation to upgrade industrial techniques and promote diversified product marketing are required.
