Current development status of the apricot preservation and processing industry in Xinjiang

  • 摘要: 【目的】 分析新疆杏保鲜加工产业发展现状,为推动杏保鲜加工产业的高质量发展提供技术支撑。 【方法】 收集产业调研数据,采用文献分析方法,总结新疆杏的保鲜加工技术,分析当前保鲜加工技术的不足,评估其在国内外市场的需求和发展潜力。 【结果】 新疆杏资源丰富,在国内外市场上潜力巨大。现有的保鲜加工技术尚存在诸多不足,使得杏采后保鲜效果不佳、加工产品单一化、产业链条较短,影响其产业发展。 【结论】 新疆杏保鲜加工产业的高质量发展需要依靠科技创新推动产业技术升级,推进产品多元化市场营销。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective】 This study aims to analyze the current development status of the apricot preservation and processing industry in Xinjiang, providing technical support for promoting its high-quality development. 【Methods】 Industry survey data were collected, and literature analysis methods were employed to summarize apricot preservation and processing technologies in Xinjiang, identify shortcomings in current techniques, and assess market demand and development potential both domestically and internationally. 【Results】 Xinjiang boasts abundant apricot resources with significant domestic and international market potential. However, there are still some problems during apricot preservation and processing, including suboptimal postharvest preservation, limited product diversity, and a short industrial chain, which can hinder industrial growth. 【Conclusion】 In the future, to achieve high-quality development of apricot preservation and processing industry in Xinjiang area, technological innovation to upgrade industrial techniques and promote diversified product marketing are required.
