Abstract:
【Objective】 The objective of this study is to explore the application status and existing problems of high-end intelligent manufacturing technology in the field of fresh corn processing.
【Methods】 Literature research and field observation were used to record and analyze the existing problems.
【Results】 The application of high-end intelligent manufacturing technology in the field of fresh corn processing has gradually deepened, mainly in the application and advantages of fresh corn processing, the construction of integrated quality control and traceability system of fresh corn, energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection measures in the fresh corn processing industry, and at the same time, it is faced with the problems of technical adaptability, input cost, talent team construction and technology upgrading.
【Conclusion】 Through the analysis of the advantages and current difficulties of high-end intelligent manufacturing technology in fresh corn processing, it is necessary to increase the government's R&D support for high-end intelligent manufacturing, formulate relevant preferential tax policies, strengthen the construction of talent training system, and formulate industry standards and norms, so as to give full play to its advantages.
