Abstract: 【Objective】 On May 18,2021, the Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Science and Technology jointly issued the " Opinions on Promoting the Prosperity and Development of Academic Journals " (hereinafter referred to as " Opinions "), which clearly stated that it is necessary to " strengthen the construction of publishing capacity " and " enhance the ability of publishing services. " 【Methods】 Xinjiang Agricultural Sciences provided intellectual support and knowledge services for scholars, discipline construction, academic research and industrial development through resource allocation, system design and journal publishing. 【Results】 Through 23 columns (10 key columns), special columns and expert group manuscripts, the proportion of national and provincial and ministerial projects was increased. Through communication with editors, editorial board members and experts of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the development of different disciplines and specialties of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences was understood, and the academic level of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences was improved. A total of 1749 emails were sent, and 40 overseas scholars were distributed in 40 countries and regions, which further enhanced the international influence of ' Xinjiang Agricultural Science '. 【Conclusion】 It includes a series of abilities to serve readers, authors, universities and related institutions, as well as to serve academic exchanges, discipline construction, etc. The author's service ability is the foundation, and the subject service ability is the key.
