Abstract: 【Objective】 For nearly 15 years of practical work in the editorial department of Xinjiang Agricultural Sciences, we have been giving full play to the advantages of journals closely around the development needs of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. 【Methods】 It is us that have have kept exploring service new mode of agriculture and rural development.It is us that have made the service "Three Agricutlural Issuses" as an important fulcrum; It is us that have made our Journal’s experts to exert their innovation leading roles in science and technology demonstration, technology promotion. 【Results】 In those years, we have taken root at the grass-roots level, actively given our helping hands to local agricultural production, made the most cutting-edge scientific research achievements and practical technologies of journals directly guide agricultural production, accelerated the transformation and application of agricultural science and technology innovation achievements, thus we made our due contribution and strongly supported the transformation, upgrading and development of regional agricultural industry.Through training, the most advanced professional skills were taught to the grass-line agricultural technicians and farmers, which improved the implementation effect. 【Conclusion】 Experts and editors entered the rural frontline to provide scientific and technological services, guide farmers to farm scientifically, which not only have improved the scientific quality of farmers, but also made the editors better understand the countryside and actively participate in the construction of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", so we can safely say positive results have been made in writing the paper on the land of China.
