Abstract:
【Objective】 In order to stimulate the innovation vitality of young management cadres, promote the high-quality development of scientific research institutions, provide reference for the national research institutes to strengthen the training of young management cadres, the study analyzed the current situation and growth bottleneck of young management cadres, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
【Methods】 Literature review, actual investigation and statistical methods.
【Results】 The proportion of managers aged 41 to 50 was the highest, reaching 44.74%, and the proportion of managers aged 40 and below was 22.81%.There were more women managers than men; 84.21% of the managers acquired bachelor degree and above; The staff of grade 5 and 6 accounted for 67.55%, the staff of grade 4 and above accounted for 5.26%; 136 management cadres participated in various trains.
【Conclusion】 The proportion of young managers under 40 years old was low, the structure of the management team was unreasonable, the reserve force was insufficient, the senior posts above grade 4 were lacking, the promotion space was not large, the speed was relatively slow, the channel was relatively narrow, the trains frequency was less, the time was short, the form was single, the content was popular.
