Abstract:
【Objective】 To understand the status quo of the cultivation of innovation ability of young agricultural science and technology talents, and to further improve the effectiveness of the cultivation, so as to provide reference for improving the innovation ability of young agricultural science and technology talents.
【Methods】 the young scientific and technological talents under 35 years old in Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences (Hereinafter referred to as young Science and technology talents)were selected as the research objects,and the characteristics of Agricultural Research Institutes were analyzed by questionnaire, face-to-face interview and data analysis.
【Results】 That 78.86% of the young scientific and technological talents were middle-level professional titles, 60.4% were graduates or above, and 61.79% of the young scientific and technological talents participated in various academic exchange activities such as“Expert Forum”, only 1/10 of the young scientific and technological talents have medium-and long-term training experience, and 91.0% of the young scientific and technological talents have the output of scientific and technological achievements, nearly half of the young scientific and technological talents are“Quite satisfied” with the current training policy.“Salary”“Project” and“Funding” are the topics that the young scientific and technological talents pay the highest attention to.
【Conclusion】 The young scientific and technological talents mainly have middle-level professional titles, and their cultural quality is generally high.They have a high degree of participation and enthusiasm in project implementation, and fewer young scientific and technological talents have medium-and long-term experience of going out for training or taking part-time training, the output type is single, mainly papers.
