Abstract: 【Objective】 The variety of characteristic milk in Xinjiang is wealthy, the development trend is good, the industrial scale is gradually expanded under the policy assistance, and the market potential is tremendous.Nevertheless, it is still faced with quite a few problems, such as insufficient production capacity, imperfect industrial chain, lagging brand construction and outstanding quality and safety problems. 【Methods】 Through questionnaires, on-site interviews, field investigations, big data analysis and other methods. 【Results】 some countermeasures are put forward, such as increasing policy support, perfecting the industrial chain, strengthening brand construction and tamping the safety foundation of characteristic milk. 【Conclusion】 so as to provide reference for the high-quality development of special milk industry in Xinjiang.
