Abstract:
【Objective】 Aiming at the problem of difficult separation of membrane stalks in the mechanical residual film recycling combine, it can provide technical reference for the development of membrane miscellaneous separation residual film recycling combine.
【Methods】 Through theoretical analysis and calculation, the design and analysis were focused on the core components such as the loosening and lifting device, the secondary throwing device and the debris removal device.
【Results】 It is determined that the loosening device is in the form of"comb", the rotating speed of the rotating shaft is 2,750r/min, and the angle between the de-dusting device and the outer circumference of the film picking drum is 40°~50°.
【Conclusion】 A kind of second-feeding straw crushing and residual film recycling combined operation machine was designed.
