Abstract: 【Objective】 The transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements is the only way for science and technology to enter the market."Cotton, oil and sugar" are the most important pillar industries in Xinjiang, and the effective transformation and application of their scientific and technological achievements are crucial to the healthy development of the region's industry. 【Methods】 Taking the National Cotton Center of Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, this paper analyzed the current situation of the transformation and application of the achievements of "cotton, oil and sugar" industry by using statistical methods, data collection, analysis and induction. 【Results】 The analysis shows that in recent years, researchers of the Institute have formulated 37 local standards for Xinjiang cotton industry, 7 local standards for oil industry and 7 local standards for sugar beet industry.Applied for 30 invention patents in cotton, 5 invention patents in oil, 7 invention patents in sugar beet; "Cotton, oil, sugar" selected a number of excellent varieties, won a number of awards; Some relevant results are transformed and applied. 【Conclusion】 The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is mainly manifested in the transfer of varieties and the transformation of some patents, and the application of scientific and technological achievements is mainly manifested in the analysis of key core technology mechanism, the integration demonstration and promotion of new technology, and the breakthrough of new products and new processes.In the future, it will further closely integrate with the requirements of industrial development, carry out key core technology research, accelerate the core technology research of chassis technology, produce breakthrough results, and improve the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements.
