水稻稻瘟病抗性基因在抗性育种中的研究进展

Advances in the Application of Rice Blast Resistance Genes in Rice Breeding

  • 摘要: 【目的】 从水稻稻瘟病抗性的机理、抗性基因的定位、克隆以及抗性基因在育种中的应用,为水稻抗性基因的鉴定和抗性育种提供参考。 【方法】 汇总和对比分析国内外的相关文献,分析不同抗性基因在水稻抗稻瘟病中的应用研究进展。 【结果】 已有大约100个抗性基因被鉴定出和500个抗病基因相关的数量性状位点;在水稻基因组中被鉴定和定位的基因中,已有37个基因被成功克隆;在不同的育种方法中,基因工程育种是水稻稻瘟病抗性育种中最直接的方法。 【结论】 水稻稻瘟病抗性基因的鉴定是抗性育种的基础,抗性基因的充分利用有利于快速有效的选育出新的具有广谱和持久抗性的抗病品种。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective】 The mechanism of rice blast resistance, the localization and cloning of resistance genes and the application of resistance genes in rice breeding were reviewed in order to provide references for the identification and breeding of resistance genes in rice. 【Method】 To summarize and compare and analyze related literature at home and abroad.The application of different resistance genes in rice blast resistance was analyzed. 【Result】 With the rapid development of molecular biology, about 100 resistance genes have been identified at the quantitative trait loci associated with 500 disease resistance genes. 37 genes were identified and mapped to the rice genome. It has been successfully cloned; of the different breeding methods, genetically engineered breeding is the most direct method of blast-tolerant breeding of rice. 【Conclusion】 The identification of rice blast resistance gene is the basis of resistance breeding.The full utilization of resistance genes is conducive to the rapid and effective breeding of new varieties with broad spectrum and persistent resistance.
