摘要: [目的]研究盐胁迫对冬小麦发芽及幼苗生长的影响.[方法]以新冬26号、新冬22号和新冬18号为材料,研究不同浓度的NaCl和Na2SO4混合盐溶液对冬小麦种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响.[结果]随着盐分浓度的增加,3个小麦品种的种子发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、芽长及根长都呈下降趋势,均与盐浓度呈极显著负相关.盐胁迫下,小麦种子出苗延迟,根数则呈先上升后下降趋势.[结论]2.2;的盐分浓度可能是影响小麦种子萌发的临界浓度.参试的三个品种芽期耐盐性顺序为新冬26号>新冬22号>新冬18号.
