新疆特色乳产业现状及发展趋势

Abstract:

【Objective】 The variety of characteristic milk in Xinjiang is wealthy, the development trend is good, the industrial scale is gradually expanded under the policy assistance, and the market potential is tremendous.Nevertheless, it is still faced with quite a few problems, such as insufficient production capacity, imperfect industrial chain, lagging brand construction and outstanding quality and safety problems.【Methods】 Through questionnaires, on-site interviews, field investigations, big data analysis and other methods.【Results】 some countermeasures are put forward, such as increasing policy support, perfecting the industrial chain, strengthening brand construction and tamping the safety foundation of characteristic milk.【Conclusion】 so as to provide reference for the high-quality development of special milk industry in Xinjiang.

摘要:

【目的】分析新疆特色乳产业现状及发展趋势,为新疆特色乳产业高质量发展提供参考。【方法】采用调查问卷、现场访谈、实地调研、大数据分析等方法采集信息与数据。【结果】新疆特色乳品种繁多,有骆驼乳、驴乳和马乳等,已占据我国特色乳产业的50%。新疆驼乳企业有32家,拥有旺源、中驼、新驼、金驼、骆甘霖、天宏润等品牌,2021年销售额约15×108元,占全国市场份额的75%。新疆特色乳虽然种类繁多,但产业链条不完善,产品附加值尚不高,需加大政策扶持、完善产业链条、加强品牌建设和夯实特色奶安全基础等。【结论】新疆骆驼乳主要分布在阿勒泰地区、塔城地区、昌吉回族自治州、乌鲁木齐市和哈密市,驴乳主要分布在岳普湖县等,马乳尚未形成完善的产业链条,仅有伊犁那拉乳业集团,特色乳产品主要以纯奶粉为主,液态奶、调制奶粉、奶片为辅,衍生产品有肉制品、护肤品和生物制剂等。
