GA_3与6-BA混合处理对全球红葡萄果穗生长发育的影响

摘要: [目的和方法]通过GA_3与6-BA混合处理,研究激素处理与对照的果穗生长动态及其之间的差异,[结果]激素处理的果穗生长仍然保持上升趋势,但是与对照相比,日生长量有所降低,且随浓度的增加而降低幅度增大.与对照相比,生长动态没有完全的果穗生长"三阶段"模式,5月28日前生长较快,之后趋于平缓.[结论]激素对穗长的影响高于穗宽.穗宽的增长量较大,且生长趋势与对照较为近似,尤其是低浓度的处理.

Abstract: [Objective and Method]The difference of growth dynamic of cluster during different treatment of GA_3 and 6-BA was researched.[Result]It showed that the growth of cluster treated with hormone was raised. However,the growth quantity of hormone treatment was debased,and the depressed extent was increased along with the rise on concentration. There was no entire mode of "three-phases" of fruit spike in growth trend compared with control.The growth was quickened before May 28th,but it went to be gentle after that. The effect of hormone on spike length was greater than that of spike width.[Conclusion]The spike width was greatly increased,whose growth trend was similar to the control,especially the treatment of lower concentration hormone.
