大食物观下新疆食用菌产业链韧性面临的挑战和提升对策

摘要:

【目的】 在大食物观背景下,分析新疆食用菌产业现状、产业发展优势、产业链韧性提升的更高要求及对策,为推动新疆食用菌产业高质量发展、提升食用菌产业链韧性提供参考。【方法】 选取全疆食用菌企业、农化和市场实地跟踪调研并查阅相关文献资料,采用文献汇总、总结整理全国和新疆食用菌产业发展现状,探寻解决办法。【结果】 新疆食用菌产业发展具有明显的原料、地域和政策等优势,支持产业力度大,产业规模、生产方式和水平等不断提升,标准化、规模化和智能化进程稳步推进,发展前景广阔。但全产业链发展仍存在种源(品种)缺乏、菌种供给不足、生产效率低、精深加工不足及供销模式单一等突出问题,产业链韧性提升面临挑战。【结论】 新疆食用菌结构调整的生力军。主栽菇类为平菇、香菇、黑木耳、杏鲍菇、白灵菇、双孢蘑菇和大球盖菇。新疆多样的地形地貌和独特的生态环境孕育了众多极具特色的野生食用菌资源。虽然新疆食用菌产业取得了长足发展,但由于产业起步较晚,基础较弱,发展相对滞后,与国内先进省市相比,在产业规模,生产水平,全产业链均衡发展等方面存在一定差距。新疆食用菌产业支持力度大,定位高,发展前景广阔。

Abstract:

【Objective】 Under the Macro-food perspectivek, this study examines the current status, developmental advantages, heightened requirements for industrial chain resilience enhancement, and corresponding strategies in Xinjiang's edible fungi industry.The aim is to propel high-quality development and strengthen industrial chain resilience. 【Methods】 Field investigations tracked edible fungi enterprises, agricultural systems, and markets across Xinjiang, supplemented by literature review.Data synthesis and comparative analysis were employed to evaluate industrial progress and identify solutions. 【Results】 Xinjiang's edible fungi industry demonstrates distinctive advantages in raw material availability, geographical positioning, and policy support.Driven by national strategies (Western Development and Belt and Road Initiative), the sector faces unprecedented opportunities with substantial investment, expanding production scales, and advancing standardization, scalability, and intelligentization.However, critical constraints persist: germplasm resource scarcity, inadequate spawn supply, low production efficiency, insufficient deep processing, and singular supply-demand models, posing challenges to industrial chain resilience. 【Conclusion】 Despite significant progress, Xinjiang's industry remains relatively underdeveloped compared to eastern provinces due to its late inception and weak foundations, exhibiting gaps in production scale, technological level, and balanced industrial chain development.Nevertheless, national strategic impetus offers transformative potential: strong policy backing, high developmental positioning, and promising prospects for sectoral advancement.
