摘要： 通过对其满水库节水改造的效果分析得出:在塔河流域灌区,对平原水库进行缩库、防渗处理和渠系的"三级"渠道防渗处理,可有效地提高灌区的渠系水利用率,节水效果十分明显,有利于灌区节水农业的可持续发展.
