Abstract: Seed purity of oil sunflower Hybrid Xin Kui 6 and its parental lines were tested by seed proteins of SDS-PAGE,The results showed that the electrophoretic files of Seed proteins for Xin Kui 6 and its parental Lines existed Significant difference.and their Specific bands was stable.Seed purity tested by the new technique was as good as that of field plot planting testing.The technique Could be used as a new Way of Seed purity testing for Xin Kui 6 and its parental lines for it was fast and accurate .

摘要： 应用种子贮存蛋白SDS—PAGE技术，对新葵6号及其亲本的种子纯度进行了鉴定。结果表明，新葵6号及其亲本系间谱带差异明显，特征谱带稳定。种子蛋白电泳鉴定与田间小区种植鉴定结果基本吻合。该技术具有快速、省时、准确度高的特点，可作为新葵6号及其亲本系种子纯度鉴定的一种新手段。
