摘要: 以库尔勒香梨为试验材料,研究了水杨酸(SA)对库尔勒香梨过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性, 石细胞合成及对其果实品质的影响.结果表明,喷施水杨酸抑制了过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性,降低了石细胞的大小、密度和含量.并且喷施水杨酸还提高了果实硬度,从而提高了果实的耐贮性,但同时降低了可溶性固形物的含量,提高了可滴定酸的含量.水杨酸的施用浓度以0.02 mmol/L效果最佳.
