摘要: 新疆伊犁野生樱桃李是我国特有的野生珍稀果树资源,通过概述该资源的分布现状,并对樱桃李鲜果进行了营养成分分析,分析表明,樱桃李果实的K含量很高,氨基酸丰富,可滴定酸和可溶性固形物水平较高,富含维生素以及胡萝卜素.根据分析结果论述了樱桃李的开发利用价值,并针对产业化发展的品种、区域和育苗等重要问题进行了讨论.
