摘要: 针对NaCl胁迫黄瓜、番茄种子萌发的影响及在170 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,不同浓度外源Cd 2+ 对黄瓜、番茄种子发芽的影响进行实验.其结果是,NaCl浓度在30~170 mmol/L时,对番茄和黄瓜种子发芽率、发芽指数影响不明显.在NaCl浓度170 mmol/L时,黄瓜的4项发芽指标均达到最高.在240 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,黄瓜、番茄种子4项发芽指标值均显著下降.170 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,当Cd 2+ 浓度在10 mmol/L时,能够提高黄瓜发芽率,促进黄瓜芽与幼苗的生长;当Cd 2+ 浓度达到50 mmol/L时,抑制幼根生长;外源Cd 2+ 对番茄的影响较大,当Cd 2+ 浓度为10 mmol/L时,活力指数为0;当Cd2+浓度为20 mmol/L时,发芽率为20;,侧根数全部为0.
