摘要: [目的]筛选适合新疆生产实际、对葡萄斑叶蝉防效较好的药剂种类,为有效防治提供依据.[方法]室内用叶片浸叶法测定了2种杀虫剂对葡萄斑叶蝉3龄若虫的毒力.选用4种农药对葡萄斑叶蝉的田间药效进行了试验.[结果]阿克泰对葡萄斑叶蝉的活性高于吡虫啉,毗虫啉和阿克泰的LC50分别是46.26和19.31μg/mL.田间试验表明:吡虫啉、阿克泰、毗蚜酮和矿物油都具有很好的防效,且前两种农剂药后持效期长,药后7d防效是100;.[结论]防治葡萄斑叶蝉除生产中已应用的吡虫啉、阿克泰外,吡蚜酮和矿物油也可作为备选药剂交替使用.
