摘要: [目的]探讨外源钙对低温胁迫下棉花幼苗的影响及作用效果.[方法]以冷敏感性基因型棉花品种新陆早12号为材料,采用人工模拟低温处理,分别对棉花幼苗喷施不同浓度CaCl2溶液,5℃低温胁迫3d后进行叶面伤害指数、叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性蛋白含量和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性等测定和分析.[结果]外源钙可以显著降低棉花幼苗低温胁迫后的叶面冷害指数和膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的积累量,提高叶绿素含量、过氧化氢酶活性和渗透调节物质可溶性蛋白质的含量;棉花幼苗叶面冷害指数与叶绿素含量和CAT活性显著相关.[结论]外源钙能够增强棉花幼苗对冷害的抗性.
