EMS诱变加干旱胁迫对YOI303纤维亚麻幼苗理化特性的影响

摘要: [目的]为筛选耐旱纤维亚麻的诱变条件奠定基础.[方法]选用YOI303纤维亚麻品种种子经不同时间和浓度EMS诱变处理后,对处理的种芽盆栽后得到的幼苗进行控水试验,研究幼苗对干旱胁迫的理化响应.[结果]随着干旱胁迫的加剧,YOI303纤维亚麻幼苗的株高有下降趋势,而根长、可溶性蛋白含量、丙二醛含量、POD活性呈总体上升趋势,但不同时间和浓度EMS处理组幼苗在多种理化指标差异较大.[结论]经0.05; EMS处理3h所得的幼苗耐旱性最好,其次是0.025; EMS处理9h组和0.1; EMS处理3h组.
