摘要：

【目的】收集整理塔里木河流域林果业生产结构与布局基础数据的分析,揭示1990~2020年塔里木河流域林果业结构布局的历史演变过程及其驱动因素,为保障流域林果业资源环境安全、推动区域农业绿色高质量发展提供科学依据。【方法】收集整理新疆塔里木河流域1990~2020年林果业生产数据,汇总并对比分析。【结果】1990年以来塔里木河流域的林果业发展以1999、2011和2020年为界,经历从有向优发展起步阶段、以规模化集约化为方向的快速发展阶段、新时期林果业的提质增效阶段三个阶段。【结论】受地理位置、农村农业经济结构调优等多因素叠加影响,塔里木河流域林果业结构本身一直具有较大的调整潜力;此外,乡村振兴战略的实施和各种优惠政策措施也进一步推动了塔河流域林果业结构布局的深度调整。

Abstract:

【Objective】 Aims to collect the tarim river basin industry production structure and layout of basic data analysis, reveals the 1990-2020 tarim river basin industry structure layout of the historical evolution and the driving factors, finally to ensure the basin industry resources environment security, promote regional agricultural green quality development, prosperity, frontier and consolidate poverty alleviation and promoting rural revitalization of further research to provide scientific basis.【Methods】 Collect and sort out the production data of forest and fruit industry in The Tarim River Basin of Xinjiang from 1990 to 2020, and carry out a summary and comparative analysis on them.【Results】 Confirmed that since 1990, the development of the Tarim River Basin has been bounded in 1999,2011 and 2020, and experienced three stages from the initial stage of development to optimal development, the rapid development stage in the direction of large-scale intensification, and the stage of improving the quality and efficiency of the forestry and fruit industry in the new period. 【Conclusion】 Due to the development of the Belt and Road, the strategy and the strategy, a series of guidance documents and the opening of the industry and various preferential policies and measures, which further promote the structural adjustment of the forestry and fruit industry in the Tarim River Basin, in order to achieve the high-quality development goal.
