Abstract: Seed purity of oil sunflower Hybrid Xin Kui 6 and its parental lines were tested by seed proteins of SDS-PAGE,The results showed that the electrophoretic files of Seed proteins for Xin Kui 6 and its parental Lines existed Significant difference.and their Specific bands was stable.Seed purity tested by the new technique was as good as that of field plot planting testing.The technique Could be used as a new Way of Seed purity testing for Xin Kui 6 and its parental lines for it was fast and accurate .
