Inhibitory Effects of Different Fungicides and Their Mistures on Tomato Grey Mould in Vitro

  • Objectvie and MethodThe effects of some fungicides and their mixtures on tomato grey mould (Botrytis cinerea Pers) were tested with the hypha growth rate and spores germination methods in vitro in laboratory. ResultResults showed that hypha growth, Armure, Thiram,Shihuile and Iprodione had significant inhibition activity,their EC_(50) s were between 0.347 6 μg/mL and 0.724 2 μg/mL. Vinclozolin and Diethofencarb with EC_(50)s>1 μg/mL were less effective.But the spores germination, Armure, Thiramand and Iprodione had good inhibitory actions. Their EC_(50)s were between 1.308 5 μg/mL and 1.336 4 μg/mL. Vinclozolin and Shihuile had less effects(with EC_(50) of 1.525 4 μg/mL and 1.777 4 μg/mL).Diethofencarb,with EC_(50) of 1.525 4 μg/mL and 1.777 4 μg/mL,took second place.ConclusionSynergistic inhibition were obtained when Iprodione and Thiram were mixed.
